What is your cancellation policy?

In short:

  1. Bookings are:
    • 95% (100% – 5% to cover payment processing fees) refundable 1 month before arrival (eg. if check in is October 3rd, the last day you can get 95% refund is September 3rd).
    • 70% refundable for cancellations between 1 month and 14 days before arrival
  2. 14 or less days before arrival – no refund possible

What is the check-in / check-out time?

Check-in time is 15:00

Check-out time is 12:00

Who might I run into at The Social Club?

Our community consists of remote workers and freelancers who are actively involved socially. The majority falls within the 25 to 35 age range, and their typical stay with us is between 3 to 5 weeks.

Is early check-in possible?

We don’t offer guaranteed early check-in but if we have a room available, we will be more than happy to check you in early (free of charge).

Are rooms non-smoking?

Smoking is not allowed in any of our indoor areas as well as on balconies. We’ve set up a special smoking zone in our garden for those who wish to smoke.

Do you offer breakfast?

No, breakfast is not offered at our coliving. There is a plenty of restaurants and breakfast places around The Social Club. We have unlimited drinking water and unlimited espresso coffee (Thai beans from Chiang Rai).

How often do you clean rooms?

We provide weekly room cleaning.

Can I invite friends from outside the coliving space to join our activities?

The Social Club and our activities are exclusive to members only. You can invite friends to pay you a short visit from time to time, but they can’t participate in our activities (or get member discounts for attractions and services provided by our partners) unless they buy membership.

Kindly remember that when you invite friends, it is your responsibility to look after them and accompany them throughout their visit to our premises.

I may need to leave sooner than planned. Is it possible to receive a refund for the additional time or arrange for a friend to occupy my room instead?

Sorry, but once you’ve checked in, we can’t refund or transfer your stay.

I’d like to continue socializing at your coliving space even after checking out.

Sorry, but our cool stuff and discounts are just for active members. So, once you check out or your coworking deal is up, you won’t be able to join in on the fun or snag those member discounts anymore.

Are pets allowed?

As much as we love animals, external pets are not allowed at our property. We do have our own reception casts.

Are kids allowed?

Unfortunately not, we have a strict 18+ rule

Can I rent an external display?

External displays (full HD and 4K) are available for rent (min rent – 7 days). They are available for coworking space use only. If you would like to have an external display in your room, please book The Digital Nomad room that includes office chair, standing desk and external 4K 27 inch display.

Pricing:

  • Full HD 24 inch – 50 THB / day (min rent – 7 days) or 1200 THB / month
  • 4K 27 inch – 80 THB / day (min rent – 7 days) or 1900 THB / month
Can I have an office chair in my room?

Rooms are equipped with standard wooden chairs (with cushion). The only way to have an office chair in your room is to book The Digital Nomad room that comes with office chair, electric standing desk and external 4K 27 inch display.

All bookings include coworking space access. Our coworking space is equipped with comfortable office chairs. So if you don’t book The Digital Nomad room, you will still have a comfortable place to work in our coworking space.

Do you have a kitchen?

Yes, we do have a basic Thai-style kitchen equipped with kettle, microwave and an induction stove. We don’t have a western-style cooking oven.

I have strong marketing skills and can assist you in return for a discounted rate.

We have made it to the point where our marketing is based on the word of mouth. We are proud of our members being our evangelists. We are sorry but at the moment, we are not interested in expanding our marketing efforts.

I’m interested in organizing a workshop or providing a different service in return for a discount or compensation.

We are sorry but we are not interested in this type of collaboration. Our members are always welcome to share their knowledge but it always have to be honest and free of charge. The Social Club is not a place where people come and sell services.

Is it possible to cancel my reservation in case I am unable to obtain a visa or if the visa extension is not approved?

We stick to the same cancellation rules for all bookings (check the first question). Basically, it’s better not to book your stay if you’re not sure about getting a visa.

Is it possible for me to obtain the TM-30 immigration system printout required for extending my visa?

Yep, we’ve got those TM-30 printouts for visa extensions, but you can only snag one after you’ve checked in – that’s the legal deal. If your visa’s running out soon and you’re staying somewhere else, ask them for a TM-30 confirmation printout.
